I got some iguanas which i skinned, i am trying to make leather products out of them. When i first skin them, i put them in the sun for a day, and then once they are dried i bring them back inside, but i run into several problems
1) they harden like rock
2) they start peeling off and deteriorating after like 5 days
3) if i put acrelyc or clear polish minwax on them, to keep them from peeling off and deteriorating, then i wont be able to use them for leather products
4) what process do i got to put them through in order to soften them for leather products?
Whats the step by step of doing this????

im not sure why they scare me i mean i can look at them when there alive
i dont really have a problem with dead people so why animals?
anything i can do about this?
i dont mind dead things and besides when there hanging on a wall they dont really look dead cause there not bloody but when i see them my heart starts beating really fast and i have to get out of there and sometimesits like as soo as i walk in the room i can find one right away when it takes everyone else a really long time
iv been told about empath
would that have anything to do with this?
